If I could hold a thousand stars in my hand,
Would I clench my fist and smother their light?
Or allow them to burn with white hot intensity?
Can my tiny hands extinguish their glory?
They radiate through even the strongest grip.
For a star knows nothing else but to shine.
Darkness, no matter how deep, cannot suppress your character.
It only serves to intensify your splendor.
It is no match for your gentle radiance from within.
So, shine stars: shine.
Allow all who pass beneath to see.
May all who look upon you behold the source of your effulgence.
